This is getting really frustrating, my phone got stolen so I got a new phone and tried to set up the dashboard on the new phone but it's asking for the dashboard configuration codes to transfer the dashboard on a new device and I no longer have the codes. I asked your rep (Aaron) to resend me the configuration codes which he previously provided and then he told me it was deleted from y'all system due to users security whatever It's been over one week going back and forth now and the only option you guys are giving me is registering for the service all over again. Really? 😡

We understand how frustrating this situation has been, and we truly are sorry that you’re going through the stress of loosing your phone and not having your dashboard configuration codes backed-up Just to explain a bit more clearly: The dashboard system uses a one-device access gateway to protect every user’s privacy. Because of that, the configuration code is the only way to move a dashboard to a new device. Once a service have been delivered and complete access have been granted to the dashboard, those codes are automatically cleared from our system so that not even our team can access a client’s private informations on the dashboard afterward. We know this can create a difficult situation if a phone is lost or stolen, this is why we always tell clients to write the codes down and keep it somewhere safe and we also told you to do so when you first registered with us.

People act the way they wanna act and going extra length to know the truth shouldn’t be a sign of weakness but a sign of strength cause all that matters after all is the peace of mind get. Honestly, I thought they'd catch something right away, but the first report didn't show anything. Only after more digging did something come up. I get that it takes time, but it felt like I paid a lot for results that were slow.

I only used the dashboard for 2 days, then they did a security update and with that I couldn't access specific function I wanted. I had already seen what i needed, so l asked for a refund and it took a week for the refund to arrive... late, but it arrived. However, I give 3 stars because after a few days they contacted me and told me that the functionality I wanted was available. I was surprised cause they didn't charge me anything. Nice customer service
